The system is the part of plate material dual arc dual wire welding system, used for loading the submerged arc welding power source, solder reclaim device, dual-arc submerged welding trolley etc. The whole plate gantry movable system is 4 travel wheels cross two rails that the span is 10m, height difference is 2.7m, length is 12m. When the motor drive the travel wheel, the whole half gantry structure and loading equipment will move with it.
The half gantry of main machine is made up of the 2 pcs main girder, stand pole, basic seat. Between the 2 pcs main girder be equipped the movable trolley. On the top of movable trolley be equipped solder reclaiming device etc. The vertical lift stand column adjustment device be equipped on the middle of trolley. The end of stand column adjustment device be connected revolving change position device, the change position stand is rising and falling along with the stand adjustment device's movement, The submerged arc trolley and rail equipped on splint of the revolving change position. Between two end of splint and revolving change position device base seat be equipped motor driving the feed screw nut transmission structure, operate this motor's rotation can change relative position of the submerged arc welding trolley and rail to the welding line, complete the vernier adjust the rail.
